Returns & Exchanges

• We only provide size exchange request and we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold

• You can raise the size exchange request on our Whatsapp number +919892852810, mentioning the required size and you will get a revert within 24 working hours.

• Once acknowledged by the team during the next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, we do not have a reverse pickup facility. Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Diamond Rose will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

• Customer has to ship the product back to Diamond Rose, Ground Floor, Habib Court Apartment, Colaba Causeway, Shahid Bhagat Singh Rd, Colaba, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400039, India

• Customer has to ship the product back to Diamond Rose at his/her own risks, costs and responsibilities within 5 days of receiving the product.

• For exchanges, the product should be unused/ unworn and tag should be intact and request should be raised within 5 days of delivery.
