7. Shipping Issues
• Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: Diamond Rose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
• Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info.diamondrosemumbai@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
